AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 44-1992,
COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS THE 1993 SALARY ORDINANCE
WHEREAS the Street Division of the Department of Public Works failed to list all
salaried positions in its division at the time the 1993 Salary Ordinance was
prepared, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to amend the 1993 Salary Ordinance, No. 44-1992, to
accurately show all salaried positions in said division,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that Ordinance No. 44-1992 be amended as follows:
Add to Section 13 - Dgpartment_of Public Works
Classification Bi-Weekly S�ary
13.37 Crew Supervisor (4) LTC II $833.96
Passed and adopted this 19th day of January 1993, by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana.
