AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 36-1992
WHEREAS Ordinance No. 36-1992 fixed the annual compensation of all elected City
officers for 1993, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to amend said ordinance in order to show such annual salaries
as bi-weekly salaries for accounting purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that Ordinance No. 36-1992 be amended to read that annual compensation for 1993 of the Mayor
be a bi-weekly salary of $1,883.08, the City Clerk be a bi-weekly salary of $1,406.69, the
President of Common Council be a bi-weekly salary of $179.27, and the 8 members of Common
Council be a bi-weekly salary of $169.35 each.
Passed and adopted this 19th day of January 1993, by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana.
