HomeMy Public PortalAbout013-1993 - STRICKEN - REZONING AT 2301 CHESTER BOULEVARDORDINANCE NO. 13-1993 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AT 2301 CHESTER BOULEVARD WHEREAS the zoning map designates a part of the southwest quarter of section 21, township 14 north, range 1 west, containing .237 of an acre, located at 2301 Chester Boulevard, Richmond, Indiana, as C-2 Commercial District, and WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to C-4 General Business District to enable the owner to develop a mini -warehouse facility which is permitted by Article 33.006 of the Zoning Code, NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation of the real estate described in attached Exhibit A be and is hereby changed to C-4 General Business District.
