A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AT 2301 CHESTER
BOULEVARD
WHEREAS the zoning map designates a part of the southwest quarter of section 21,
township 14 north, range 1 west, containing .237 of an acre, located at
2301 Chester Boulevard, Richmond, Indiana, as C-2 Commercial District,
and
WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to C-4 General Business
District to enable the owner to develop a mini -warehouse facility which is
permitted by Article 33.006 of the Zoning Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the zoning designation of the real estate described in attached Exhibit A be and is hereby
changed to C-4 General Business District.
Passed and adopted this day of 1993, by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana.

ORDINANCE NO. 13-1993
Being a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 14 North, Range 1 West in the
City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point, said point being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a
brass monument found at the northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 21, and
running thence south, along the west line of said Southwest Quarter (assuming that said west line
runs north and south), 82.50 feet to a p-k nail set; thence north 89 degrees, 44 minutes and 10
seconds east, parallel to the north line of said Southwest Quarter, 375.00 feet to the beginning
point of this description, and running thence from said beginning point, continuing north 89
degrees, 44 minutes and 10 seconds east, parallel to said north line, 125.00 feet to a point; thence
south, parallel to said west line, 82.50 feet to a point; thence south 89 degrees, 44 minutes and 10
seconds west, parallel to said north line, 125.00 feet to a point; thence north, parallel to said west
line, 82.50 feet to the place of beginning, containing an area of 0.237 acre.
