• Seeking Board consideration of a motion to authorize the Village President to approve the
engineering services contract for Bridge Maintenance to Strand Engineering, Inc. for an amount not
to exceed the total cost of $13,200.00.
• Seeking Board consideration of a motion to authorize the Village President to approve the Phase 1
and 2 Engineering Service Agreement to Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick, Inc. for the 127th Street
and 248th Avenue Bike Path/Traffic Signal work in the amount not to exceed $45,531.00.
• Seeking Board consideration of a motion to authorize the Village President to approve the
Intergovernmental Agreement related to the 127th Street Resurfacing Project between the Wheatland
Township Road District and the Village of Plainfield for the construction cost of $51,813.25 plus
engineering fees.
• Seeking Board consideration of a motion to waive the bidding and authorize the purchase and
installation of approximately 220 parkway trees at a total cost not to exceed $75,000 from the
Suburban Tree Consortium.
