SPECIAL MEETING
April 20, 2006
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date at the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 217 East Center
Street, Moab, Utah. Mayor Pro-tem Kyle Bailey called the Special
Meeting to order at 7:03 PM. In attendance were Councilmembers
Gregg Stucki, Keith Brewer, Jeffrey Davis and Rob Sweeten. Also in
attendance were City Manager Donna Metzler and Public Works
Director Brent Williams.
Councilmember Stucki moved to approve Proposed Ordinance #2006-
04 — An Ordinance Amending Title 2, of the Moab Municipal Code
Regarding Purchasing Procedures. Councilmember Sweeten seconded
the motion. The vote carried 3-0 aye with Mayor Pro-tem Bailey
abstaining.
City Manager Metzler made a presentation regarding the proposed
budget for fiscal year 2006/2007. Discussion followed.
Mayor Pro-tem Bailey adjourned the Special Meeting at 9:10 PM.
