ORDINANCE NO. 70 -302
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING THE HIGHWAY PERMIT ORDINANCE OF
SAID CITY OF TEMPLE CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL.OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY'DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION I. Section 7100 of the Temple City Municipal
Code is hereby amended to incorporate by reference the 'Highway
Permit Ordinance of the County of Los Angeles, being Ordinance
N. 3597 of the County, of Los Angeles as amended through June
23, 1967, and also by the adoption by reference of Ordinance
No. 9879 of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage-and adoption of this Ordinance
and to its .approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to
be published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of
Temple City.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 1970.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No.
70 -302, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Temple City, held on the 6th day of January, 1970,
and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved
and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular
meeting of the said City Council held on the 20th day. of January,
1970, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Beckley, Briggs, Merritt, Tyrell, Harker
NOES: Councilmen- None
ABSENT: Councilmen- None
