Home My Public Portal About031-1993 - APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1993 BUDGET - GORDINANCE NO. 31-1993 AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1993 BUDGET WHEREAS Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted a budget for calendar year 1993, and WHEREAS it is necessary to authorize additional appropriations pursuant to Indiana Code 6 -1.1-18-5, and WHEREAS a public hearing was conducted May 3, 1993, as required for additional appropriations pursuant to legal notice of such hearing published April 23, 1993, in compliance with Indiana Code 5-3-1-2(b), NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the 1993 budget be amended as follows, to wit: A. General Fund Add 1.
