A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AT 350 WAYNE
ROAD
WHEREAS the zoning map designates a part of the northwest quarter of section 20,
township 14 north, range 1 west, containing 3800 square feet, more or less,
located at 350 Wayne Road, Richmond, Indiana, as R-1 One -Family
Residence District, and
WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to M-1 Light Industrial
District, to accommodate the installation of an advertising sign,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the zoning designation of the real estate described in attached Exhibit A be and is hereby
changed to M-1 Light Industrial District.
Passed and adopted this. day of June, 1993, by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana.

Ordinance 36-1993
Being a part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 14 North, Range 1 West in -Wayne
Township, Wayne County, Indiana, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north right-of-way line of United States Highway I-70, said point
being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of the
Northwest Quarter of said Section 20, and running thence north 89 degrees, 43 minutes and 50
seconds east, along the north line of said Northwest Quarter, 1692.47 feet to a point; thence south
00 degrees, 48 minutes and 40 seconds west, 770.51 feet to a point on the north right-of-way line
of said United States Highway I-70; thence north 78 degrees, 40 minutes and 51 seconds east,
along said north right-of-way line, 367.65 feet; thence north 65 degrees, 18 minutes and 54
seconds east, 15.02 feet to the beginning point of this description, and running thence from said
beginning point, north 00 degrees, 48 minutes and 40 seconds east, 95.00 feet to a point; thence
north 65 degrees, 18 minutes and 54 seconds east, parallel to said north right-of-way line, 44.32
feet to a point; thence south 00 degrees, 48 minutes and 40 seconds west, 95.00 feet to a point on
said north right-of-way line; thence south 65 degrees, 18 minutes and 54 seconds west, along said
north right-of-way line, 44.32 feet to the place of beginning, containing an area of 3800 square
feet.
