ORDINANCE NO. /0
AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING WHEN THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE ARE TO BE HELD AND PRESCRIBING THE PLACE
THEREOF.
Be it Ordained by the Governing Body of the City of Bel Aire:
Section 1.
The City Council shall have two regular meetings ;each
month which shall be held on the first (1st) and third (3rd) tuesday of
each month at the hour of seven-thirty o'clock (7:30) p.m. and shall
convene at <13'13 Woodlawn, Bel Aire, Kansas commencing on the third (3rd)
tuesday of May, 1981, provided that when any day fixed for a regular meeting
shall fall on any legal holiday, or a day observed as a holiday in the City,
the regular meeting shall convene on the next secular or business day there-
after that is not observed as a legal holidy or as ordered by the Council
at the previous meeting, regular or special.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its publication in the official publication of the City.
Passed by the City Council this ~day of May, 1981.
