HomeMy Public PortalAbout043-1993 - REZONING - 820 WEST NATIONAL ROADORDINANCE NO. 43-1993 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AT 820 WEST NATIONAL ROAD WHEREAS the zoning map designates lot number 3 in Earlham College Subdivision of a part of the northeast quarter of section 6, township 13 north, range 1 west, located at 820 West National Road, Richmond, Indiana, as R-2 One Family Residence District, and WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to R-3 One to Eight Family Residence District Special Use to accommodate the establishment of a real estate sales office, NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation of lot number 3 in Earlham College Subdivision of the northeast quarter of section 6, township 13 north, range 1 west, located at 820 West National Road be and is hereby changed to R-3 One to Eight Family Residence Special Use District to accommodate the establishment of a real estate ales office pursuant to Article 22.012-I-A of the Zoning Ordinance.
