A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YNWOOD
APPROVING THE PROPOSITION C FUND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT LIST FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005
WHEREAS, Proposition C funds may only be used for improvements
along transit routes; and
WHEREAS, to program Proposition C funds the city must submit a
project list to MTA each year; and
WHEREAS, based on Proposition C guidelines and street ranking staff
has prepared a list projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council approves the Proposition C Projects for
FY 04-05 as follows:
1. Imperial Hwy and Martin Luther King Blvd. Intersection
2. Lavinia Ave. (Harris to First)
3. Harris Ave. (Lavinia to Josephine)
4. Wright Rd. (Lavinia to Olanda)
5. Atlantic Ave. (Imperial to Abbott)
6. Atlantic Ave. (Imperial to Beechwood)
Total
$60,000.00
$210,000.00
$110,000.00
$150,000.00
$160,000.00
$920,000.00
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
