A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 26769
WHEREAS, the final Parcel Map No. 26769 has been reviewed by the Los
Angeles County Department of Public Works and the City Engineer, and it was found to have
been prepared in conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act and the City's Subdivision
Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the developer has complied with all the Engineering Division
improvement requirements prior to recordation; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council approves the final Parcel Map No. 26769 and a
accepts the street dedications shown on said map.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
