ORDINANCE NO. 70 -304
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AMENDING
SECTION 308 OF ORDINANCE 63 -107 OF THE TEMPLE
CITY MUNICIPAL CODE AND REPEALING ORDINANCE 67 -245
RELATING TO SUBDIVISION FEES AND DECLARING THAT
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME I:MMEDIATELY"EFFECTIVE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 308 of Ordinance No. 63 -107 relating to
Subdivision fees is hereby amended as follows:
"Section 308. FEES.
Fees shall be paid to the City in the following amounts to
cover costs of checking each tentative map or final map:
a. An amount equal to the charges by the County of Los
Angeles for processing any ,tentative map, plus $50.00;
b. $200.00 for each final map plus $5.00 per lot created
by the land division.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this - Ordinance. and to its
approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to be published in
the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published and circulated:in the City of Temple City.
PASSED, APPROVED .and ADOPTED this 3rd day of February,
1970.

I, Karl L. Koski, City Clerk of the City of Temple City, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No.
70 -304, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Temple City, held on the 20th day of January, 1970, and
was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved and
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City, Clerk at a regular
meeting of the said City Council held on the 3rd day of February,
1970, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Beckley, Merritt, Tyrell, Harker
NOES: Councilmen- None
ABSENT: Councilmen- Briggs
