1) TROLLEY BARN
Seeking Village Board input on the redevelopment of the Trolley Barn. The applicant is
proposing a redevelopment of approximately 19,230 square feet for a new office for their
company along with 13,000 square feet of new commercial space along Lockport Street.
2) LOCKPORT STREETSCAPE RENOVATIONS
Public Works will provide the Village Board with an update on the planned restoration of the
streetscape along Lockport Street over the next several months.
G) EXECUTIVE SESSION
Seeking a motion to adjourn to Executive Session as permitted under the Open Meetings Act under
Section 2 (c)(6) to discuss the Sale or Lease of public property and Section 2 (c)(1) to discuss the
appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of employees or legal
counsel, not to reconvene.
