Harbour Police Department that I requested in order to enhance the flow of communication

Narrative / Comments
A resident contacted the Bal Harbour Police Department when he discovered a displaced manhole cover
in the area of the North Municipal Parking Lot and the walk path to the jetty. Officers arrived and reset the
manhole cover. Public Works was notified of the displaced manhole cover. No injuries or property damage
were reported.

Residential Burglary
10250 Collins Avenue PH1
Narrative / Comments
The victim reported a burglary of his residence with approximately $20,300.00 missing. No forced entry,
witnesses or surveillance footage were discovered. Further investigation revealed the possibility of rooms
on the premises being rented in violation of village code. A code violation was issued and the investigation
of the suspicious incident continues.

Narrative / Comments
While conducting a mandatory check of the North Municipal Lot, a Bal Harbour officer discovered several
vehicles parked in marked spaces without paying the required parking fee. The Bal Harbour officer
confirmed that there were no issues with the parking system and subsequently issued numerous parking
citations.

Damage to Village Property
Nprth Lot Jetty Entrance
Narrative / Comments
Public Works Department supervisor discovered damage to one of the bollards which block the entrance to
the Jetty. The damage may have been caused by a vehicle striking the bollard. However, the investigative
efforts did not located any witnesses or cameras in the area.
