ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY
DELETING CHAPTER 7 (BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS), ARTICLE XIV
(JEFFERSON CITY PUBLIC TELEVISION STEERING COMMITTEE).
WHEREAS, by agreement between the City and Lincoln University the JCTV Steering
Committee is to be dissolved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 7 (Boards and Commissions), Article XIV (Jefferson City
Public Television Steering Committee), of the Code of the City of Jefferson is hereby
deleted as follows:
