AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1993 BUDGET
WHEREAS Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted a budget for
calendar year 1993, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to authorize an additional appropriation pursuant to Indiana Code
6-1.1-1 S-5, and
WHEREAS a public hearing was conducted August 16, 1993, as required for an additional
appropriation pursuant to legal notice of such hearing published August 3,
1993, in compliance with Indiana Code 5-3-1-2 (b),
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the 1993 budget be amended as follows to wit:
A. Animal Control Fund Donations
No.251-51-510-5101-3-3937 $4,284.00
Passed and adopted this 16th day of August 1993, by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana.
