ORDINANCE NO. 70 -306
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY DECLARING ORDINANCE 69 -288 TO BE
VOID AND REPEALING THE SAME.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds and determines, based
upon the opinion of the City Attorney, that Ordinance 69 -288
previously adopted on July 1, 1969, constitutes an invalid en-
actment, being contrary to the provisions of Section 65857 of
the Government Code of the State of California, and that,
accordingly, said ordinance should be repealed and removed from
the book of Ordinances of this City.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 69 -288 of the City of Temple City
is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance and to its
approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to be published
in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in the City of Temple City.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 1970.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 70 -306, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Temple City, held on the 17th day of
March, 1970, and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said
Council, approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk at a regular meeting of the said City Council held
on the 7th day of April, 1970, by the following vote:
