RICHMOND TO RECEIVE PAYMENTS FOR SERVIC
RICHMOND POWER &LIGHT IN TO BE RENDERED TO

WHEREAS Richmond Power & Light is a munici all -

WHEREAS the Board has general supervisory powers

that the following payments be made by Richmond Power & Light to the City Gen
1994 for financial, accounting, legal and technical services, to wit: , Indiana,

A. Legal services contractual
