AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR
SERVICES FROM THE OFF-STREET PARKING FUND TO THE GENERAL
FUND IN 1994
WHEREAS the persons employed in the operation of the off-street parking facilities of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, are compensated out of the Off -Street Parking Fund, and
WHEREAS said persons receive supervisory and support services from the office of the City
CIerk which operates out of the General Fund,
that
NOW, TBEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
Fund oughout 1994 payments shall be made from the Off -Street Parking Fund to the General
A. Twenty-four percent of the salary of the Deputy City Clerk, $22,117, and the
benefits and employer taxes related thereto, $5,530 -
$6,635.00
B . Sixteen and eight hundred seventy-eight thousandths percent of the salary of
the City Clerk, $35,574, and the benefits and employer taxes
related thereto, $9,144 -
$7.717.00
C. The total payment to be made hereunder
$14,352.00
Passed and adopted this 16th day of August, 1993, by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana.
