Subject: Bal Harbour Shops - FLUEDRA Request for Relief Received
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to advise you that the Bal Harbour Shops,
through their legal representation, ShubinBass, P.A., has filed a Request for Relief under the
Florida Land Use and Environmental Dispute Resolution Act (FLUEDRA). The
correspondence detailing their claim was received by the Village Administration at
approximately 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 13, 2016.
The Administration is reviewing the submitted documents with the Village Attorney to
determine the next action steps concerning the request.
Additionally, staff is making arrangements to provide you with a copy of the documents.
