Subject: The Brickman Group Semi -Monthly Collins Avenue Report for the Dates
of May 1, 2016 to May 15, 2016
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to transmit to you a scheduled semi-monthly
report which details the landscape services provided to Bal Harbour Village by The Brickman
Group.
This report provides information regarding the scheduled maintenance activities and any
additional services provided by Brickman such as, new plant installations and landscape
restoration work performed by the contractor beginning on Sunday, May 1, 2016 through
Sunday, May 15, 2016.
Scheduled Maintenance Activities
During this period, Brickman provided turf mowing, hedge trimming, irrigation inspections,
weed control, and daily litter/frond debris removal within the entire corridor as detailed with
the report.
Additional Services
In terms of additional services provided, Brickman performed the following:
• Founders' Circle - Installed seven (7) Calophyllum trees at Pump Station No.2.
