SPECIAL MEETING
March 31, 2006
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date at the
Grand Center of Moab City Offices, located at 182 North 500 West,
Moab, Utah. Mayor Pro-Tem Kyle Bailey called the Special Meeting to
order at 11:30 AM. In attendance were Councilmembers Rob Sweeten
and Jeffrey Davis. Also in attendance were City Manager Donna
Metzler, City Recorder/Assistant City Manager Rachel Ellison and
Planning and Community Development Director David Olsen.
Councilmember Davis moved to approve a Moved -On Structure Permit
for Jeep, d.b.a. Creative Solutions Group to conduct an exhibit and
display at 290 South Main Street from April to 16, 2006.
Councilmember Sweeten seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0
aye.
Mayor David Sakrison arrived at 11:32 AM with Councilmembers
Gregg Stucki and Keith Brewer.
In attendance from Grand County were Councilmember Judy
Carmichael, Councilmember Joette Langianese, Councilmember Rex
Tanner, Councilmember Audrey Graham, Councilmember Jerry
McNeely and County Administrator Nancy Woodside.
Mayor Sakrison welcomed the Councilmembers and staff Presentations
were made by several Councilmembers. Discussion followed.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special Meeting at 1:42 PM.
