AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1993 BUDGET
WHEREAS the Public Transit Fund was funded as required by the Indiana Code by Ordinance
No. 27-1993 adopted on April 19, 1993, and
WHEREAS the appropriation was predicated on President Clinton's economic stimulus package
which was defeated, and
WHEREAS it is desirable to remove the overfunded portion from said account in the 1993
Budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the 1993 budget be amended as follows:
A. Delete $88,544.00 from Public Transit Fund - Motor Equipment
No. 605-57-571-5710-4-4440
Passed and adopted this 16th day of August, 1993, by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana.
