AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1993 BUDGET
WHEREAS Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted a budget for
calendar year 1993, and
WHEREAS 6-1it is nece18-5ssary to authorize an additional appropriation pursuant to Indiana Code
.1-, and
WHEREAS a public hearing was conducted September 20, 1993, as required for an
additional appropriation pursuant to legal notice of such hearing published
September 10, 1993, in compliance with Indiana Code 5-3-1-2(b),
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the 1993 budget be amended as follows, to wit:
