WHEREAS, the 1993 budget was amended by Ordinance
93 which created an
appropriation of $4284.00 m account No. 251Iv-51 510o. 95101 3 937 to ble
the Common Council d
of the City of Richmond, Indiana to donate to
Animals, Inc., and Help the
WHEREAS, Common Council determines it is desirable to make revenue from the sale of dog and cat tag fees to said corporation, donation of city
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the Ci
that the sum of $4284.00 be donated to Help the ty of Richmond, Indiana
P Animals, Inc., located at 2101 West Main Street,
Richmond, Indiana, to be used for whatever purpose said corporation may determine '
complete and absolute discretion.
