AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING SECTIONS 2302 AND '2368 OF THE TEMPLE
CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PERSONNEL
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 3, Section 2302 of the Temple City
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2302.. City Treasurer
The City Treasurer shall receive a salary of $160.00
per month.
SECTION 2. Chapter 3.5, Sections 2368 (A) and 2368 (B) of
the Temple City Municipal Code, are hereby amended to read as
follows:
Section 2368. Sick Leave with Pay.
A. Each permanent City employee is entitled to twelve (12)
days of .sick leave with pay for a calendar year of service.
For the purpose of computing sick leave, each employee shall
be considered to work not more than five (5) days each week.
B. Unused sick leave may be accumulated up to Thirty -six
(36) days; additional accumulations shall receive salary
compensation therefor.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance and to its
approval by the Mayor, and shall cause the same to be published
in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated:. in the City of Temple City.
