On 06/24/16 Bal Harbour police officers responded to a call regarding a juvenile female walking
inside the residential area. Officers located the female and discovered she was a reported missing
(repeat runaway) child out of Broward County. At the time of the recovery the child was
accompanied by two adult males who stated they were related to the child. The individuals were
day labor construction personnel working on the residential construction site at 108 Bal Bay Drive.
After several hours, the child's mother was located and she responded to the station. The mother
provided documents (Marchman Act) issued by a judge ordering the child be delivered to a secure

06/28/16 the individuals were taken into custody and charged with Interfering W/Child Custody,
