EXTENSION OF COMMERCIAL LEASE AGREEMENT
This Extension is entered into this 11 day of August, 2022,by and between the City
of McCall, Idaho ("City") and Cougar Restaurant Enterprises, Inc. ("Tenant")
Whereas, on October 12, 2017, City entered into a Commercial Lease with Cougar
Restaurant Enterprises, Inc. for the operation of a full service restaurant with bar/lounge located in
the McCall Golf Course Clubhouse building, and for related activities such as special events, and for
providing cafe and beverage service for users of the golf course, and for no other purpose without the
express written consent of City; and
Whereas, the current lease agreement expires on October 31, 2022, and the parties desire
to extend the contract by the one five-year renewal allowed in section 1. B. and on the same terms
included in the original lease.
Now, Therefore, the parties hereto agree as follows:
The Commercial Lease Agreement now in effect shall be extended on its same terms to
expire on October 31, 2027.
