EMPLOYEES OF THE. BOROUGH OF CARTERET, COUNTY OF
MIDDLESEX AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret (the "Borough") in the County of Middlesex and State of New Jersey as
follows:
SECTION 1. The following salary range is hereby fixed and determined for the
following officers and employees as follows:
Classification/Title Effective 7/1/02
Emergency Medical Technician $10.00 - $14.00/hour
SECTION 2. Inconsistent Ordinances. All ordinances or parts thereof
inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to such
inconsistency.
SECTION 3. Severability. If any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or
provision of this Ordinance is adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only
to the section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision so adjudged and the
remainder of this Ordinance shall be deemed valid and effective.
SECTION 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and
publication according to applicable law.
