AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN AMENDED FEE SCHEDULE
The city council of the city of Medina ordains as follows:
Section 1. The schedule of fees and rates below are hereby adopted.
Hunting Permit (non-resident)
Hunting Permit (resident)
Environmental Review (eg. EAW, EIS)
Solicitors/Peddlers/Transient
Merchant Permit Application Fee
Administrative Appeal
Public Works Field Inspector
Tree Inspector
$15.00 $25.00

$2000.00 (deposit) + c.a.c.
$ SO upto$100if
extensive background
check is needed

$80/hr. + Time & half for O.T.
Up to $75/hr.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina this 4th day of May, 2010.
