AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1993 BUDGET
WHEREAS Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted a budget
for calendar year 1993, and
WHEREAS Common Council has determined it is necessary to transfer money
from one major budget classification to another within a
department or office, and
WHEREAS the transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than
the total amount set out in the budget as finally determined under
Indiana Code 6-1.1, and
WHEREAS this transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6-1.1-18-6
without notice and without the approval of the State Board of Tax
Commissioners,
- -- NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the 1993 budget be amended as follows, to wit:
1. Delete $68.28 for Printing
No. 101-0001-00004-00401-0002-2120
2. Delete $170.89 for Office Supplies
No. 101-0001-00004-00401-0002-2130
3. Add $239.17 for Legal Services
No. 101-0001-00004-00401-0003-3120
Passed and adopted this 20th day of December 1993, by the Co on Council of the City
of Richmond, Indiana.
