The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to inform you that the July 2016 Bal Harbour
Village Newsletter was mailed on Thursday of this week and should begin to arrive in
mailboxes beginning early next week. As always, the newsletter was mailed to all Village
residents.
Attached is a copy of the July 2016 Bal Harbour Village Newsletter.
