2) CONSENT AGENDA
Trustee Fay moved to approve the Consent Agenda to include:
a) Minutes of the Board Meeting held on April 6, 2015.
b) Bills Paid and Bills Payable Reports for April 20, 2015.
c) Cash & Investments, Revenue, and Expenditure Reports for March, 2015.
d) Ordinance No. 3211, creating a Class "U" Liquor License for Warehouse 109.
Second by Trustee Lamb. Vote by roll call. Bonuchi, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, yes; Peck, absent;
Racich, yes. 5 yes, 0 no, 1 absent. Motion carried.
3) 2015 HARVEST 5K RUN
Trustee Fay moved to authorize the road closures as identified in the staff report for the 2015
Harvest 5K run to be held on Sunday, September 27, 2015. Second by Trustee Bonuchi. Vote
by roll call. Bonuchi, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, yes; Peck, absent; Racich, yes. 5 yes, 0 no, 1 absent.
Motion carried.
4) 15018 S. BARTLETT AVENUE (COA)
Trustee Fay moved to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness for 15018 S. Bartlett Avenue.
Second by Trustee Lamb.
Trustee Lamb had a question regarding the need for railings on the steps. Mr. Garrigan stated
that staff and the applicant will work with the Building Department regarding that.
Vote by roll call. Bonuchi, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, yes; Peck, absent; Racich, yes. 5 yes, 0 no, 1
absent. Motion carried.

PLANNING DEPARTMENT REPORT
Trustee Fay moved to approve the Zoning map for 2015 for the Village of Plainfield. Second by
Trustee Lamb. Vote by roll call. Bonuchi, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, yes; Peck, absent; Racich, yes.
5 yes, 0 no, 1 absent. Motion carried.
BUILDING DEPARTMENT REPORT
Mr. Dean Marquez presented the Operations Report for March, 2015.

PUBLIC WORKS REPORT
Trustee Fay moved to authorize the Village President to award the 2015 Landscape Maintenance
Contract -IL Route 59 to Fazio Landscaping, Inc., the low bidder, in the amount of$59,340.00.
Second by Trustee Bonuchi. Vote by roll call. Bonuchi, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, yes; Peck, absent;
Racich, yes. 5 yes, 0 no, 1 absent. Motion carried.
Trustee Fay moved to authorize Cryder Enterprises to complete the required repairs of the 6-
wheeler dump truck body at the total cost of$7,200.00. Second by Trustee Lamb. Vote by roll
call. Bonuchi, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, yes; Peck, absent; Racich, yes. 5 yes, 0 no, 1 absent.
Motion carried.
Trustee Fay moved to waive the bidding, as this equipment is covered under the Winnebago
County Bid, and authorize the purchase of a 2016 Peterbilt Model 348 Snow Plow Truck and
Equipment from JX Enterprises, Inc., at the total cost of$158,983.11. Second by Trustee
Racich. Vote by roll call. Bonuchi, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, yes; Peck, absent; Racich, yes. 5 yes,
0 no, 1 absent. Motion carried.
Trustee Racich suggested giving an overview of the Village's equipment at a future Committee
of the Whole Workshop.
POLICE CHIEF'S REPORT
Trustee Fay moved to authorize the purchase of four (4) Motorola Model APX 6000 portable
radios from A-Beep, LLC in the amount of$18,164.00. Second by Trustee Racich. Vote by roll
call. Bonuchi, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, yes; Peck, absent; Racich, yes. 5 yes, 0 no, 1 absent.
Motion carried.
Chief Konopek presented the Operations Report for March, 2015.
Chief Konopek reminded everyone of Chat with the Chiefs that will be held on April 22nd at
7:00 p.m. at the Plainfield Fire Protection District, 23748 W. 135th Street.
ATTORNEY'S REPORT

Trustee Fay moved to adjourn to Executive Session as permitted under the Open Meetings Act
under Section 2 (c)(1) to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline,
performance, or dismissal of employees or legal counsel, not to reconvene. Second by Trustee
Lamb. Vote by roll call. Bonuchi, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, yes; Peck, absent; Racich, yes. 5 yes, 0
no, 1 absent. Motion carried.
