AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY RECLASSIFYING 'CERTAIN PROPERTY
FROM ZONE R -1 TO ZONE M-1
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to public hearing and processing
in the manner set forth by State law and City. Ordinance,
and after recommendation thereon by the Planning Commission,
the property reclassification set forth in Section 2 hereof
is made in order to comply with zoning of the surrounding
properties and correct error in Zoning Map.
SECTION 2. The following described property is
hereby rezoned from Zone R -1 to M -1 and the Zoning Map
amended accordingly:
Parcel 3, Rancho San Francisquito, Pages 31
and 32 of Maps in the Office of the County
Recorder, County of Los Angeles, State of
California (more commonly known as 9352 East
Lower Azusa Road)
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance
and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same
to be published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in
the City of Temple City.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of September
1970.

Temple City, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance,
being Ordinance No. 70 -311 was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Temple City, held
on the 1st day of September , 1970, and was duly passed,
approved and adopted by said Council, approved and signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 15th day of September ,
1970, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen - Briggs, Gilbertson, Harker, Tyrell, Merritt
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
