A) CALL TO ORDER

C) APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Seeking a motion to approve the minutes of the January 8, 2015 meeting.
D) PUBLIC COMMENTS
E) FINANCIAL REPORTS
Seeking a motion to approve the monthly financial report as prepared
and presented by Lauterbach & Amen through March 2015. Roll call.
F) APPLICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP
G) APPLICATIONS FOR BENEFITS
H) UNFINISHED BUSINESS
I) NEW BUSINESS
1) Investment Performance Report presented by Tom Sawyer and John
Falduto.
2) Seeking a motion to accept the Investment Performance Report as
presented. Roll call vote.
3) Elections were held and Mike Fisher and Andy Grod will be serving another
term. Their terms begin on the 2nd Tuesday of the first May after the
election which will be May 12, 2015 thru April 30, 2017.
4) Jeff Cook was reappointment by the Mayor Collins at a Village of Plainfield
Board meeting on April 20, 2015. New terms begin on the 2nd Tuesday of the
first May after the election which will be May 12, 2015. His term is through
April 30, 2017.
5) Seeking a motion to authorize Mr. Reimer to have INSPE conduct
annual examinations on disability beneficiaries Andrew Grod and Glen
Sandmire.
6) Review and update Investment Policy.
7) Authorize Lauterbach & Amen to prepare the annual Department of
Insurance Report. Roll call.
8) All trustees must file the Annual Statement of Economic Interest. You
should receive the form in the mail.

9) Review and/or modification of Board’s Administrative Rules and Regulation
10) Seeking a motion to change October 8th pension meeting due to conflict with
IPPFA Annual Conference October 6-9, 2015.
