Subject: The Brickman Group Semi -Monthly Collins Avenue Report for the Dates
of August 16, 2016 to August 31, 2016
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to transmit to you a scheduled semi-monthly
report which details the landscape services provided to Bal Harbour Village by The
Brickman Group.
This report provides information regarding the scheduled maintenance activities and any
additional services provided by Brickman such as, new plant installations and landscape
restoration work performed by the contractor beginning on Tuesday, August 16, 2016
through Wednesday, August 31, 2016.
Scheduled Maintenance Activities
During this period, Brickman provided turf mowing, hedge trimming, irrigation
inspections, weed control, and daily litter/frond debris removal as detailed with the report.
Additional Services
In terms of additional services provided, Brickman performed the following additional
work:
• East side of Collins Avenue: Installed sod and repaired irrigation damage caused
by Comcast construction activities.
• Founder's Circle: Installed pine bark mulch and black mulch
• Herman B. Fultz Bridge: Replaced damaged St. Augustine "Seville" under the
bridge.
