DESIGNATING OFFICIAL TO ISSUE CERTIFICATES AS TO
LIABILITY FOR ASSESSMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENTS
;E IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret
2ounty of Middlesex and State of New Jersey that Kathleen M. Barney, Municipal Clerk, be
lesignated as the person to issue certificates as to liability for assessments for Municipal
mprovements as provided by R.S. of New Jersey 1937, Title 54:5-I8-3;
gE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
