Gonzalez, Village Manager Date: October 10, 2016 Subject: Construction Update Meeting - Rescheduled The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to transmit to you notice of the rescheduled meeting regarding a construction update for phase one of the Utility Replacement Project. The original meeting had been postponed due to the advisory regarding Hurricane Matthew; the new meeting date and time is now: Wednesday, October 19, 2016 Construction Update Meeting Residents are invited to join us for an information meeting discussing the current project status and the next phases of work which are scheduled. Residents and Village Officials will have the opportunity to meet with all participating partners and ask questions during the two-hour meeting. The meeting is scheduled from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Village Hall. Residents have been notified via an email blast and door hangers placed at each residence within the Gated Residential Section. Additionally, the meeting notice has been placed on the Village web site with a link that provides details of the project including previous notices which will be updated as new information is produced.
