Subject: Receipt of Two Petitions for Proposed Charter Amendments
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to inform you that the Village is in receipt of
two petitions for proposed charter amendments. Both petitions were filed by members of
the political committee Good Government for Bal Harbour with the Office of the Village
Clerk.
The first petition (248 signatures) reads:

My next steps are to meet with the Village Attorney and the Village Manager to outline the
series of steps necessary to process the petitions accordingly. I will keep you updated.
