Gonzalez, Village Manager Date: November 23, 2016 Subject: Art Basel / Miami Beach and Other Art Related Events Taking Place Next Week As part of the Unscripted Bal Harbour Art Access Program, there are several Art Basel / Miami Beach related events taking place beginning next week that our residents and guests will have access to. Attached is a copy of the pamphlet will be mailed to all Bal Harbour Village residents this week which provides details about all these events. Copies of this pamphlet will also be provided to all Bal Harbour hotels so that they may share with their guests. In order to access these events, the Bal Harbour Unscripted Art Access card should be provided - a card is provided in the attached Unscripted booklet in the event you need one. Our first event is the Art Tour scheduled for Monday, November 28 at 5:00 p.m. at the Kenilworth. This is a private tour of the Isabella Kowal and Francois Odermatt collection with public artwork in the lobby of the Kenilworth, as well as their private residence. Attached is the postcard which has been mailed to all residents and provided to you via LTC last week. Each of you and a guest have also been invited for a private tour of the private art collection of Carlos and Rosa de la Cruz in their home in Key Biscayne on Saturday, December 3 anytime between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The de la Cruz' have also extended this invitation to any of you who are unable to attend on Saturday to visit their home on Monday, November 28 anytime between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. For those of you wishing to attend this private tour, please call Assistant Village Manager Ramiro Inguanzo on his cell phone at 305-450-7146 and he will provide further details.
