A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR REAL
ESTATE AT LOT 41 SS, IN THE 900 BLOCK OF NORTH H STREET
WHEREAS the zoning map designates real estate for the property in the 900
block of North H Street, Lot 41 SS, as R-3 One to Eight Family
Residence District; and
WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to C-2
Retail District for said property;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the zoning designation of the real estate located at Lot 41 SS, the 900 block of
North H Street is hereby changed to C -2 Retail District.
Passed and adopted this a day o 1996, by the Common Council
of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
