ORDINANCE NO.483
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN AMENDED FEE SCHEDULE
The city council of the city of Medina ordains as follows:
Section 1.
The schedule of fees and rates below are hereby adopted.
Building — fireplace
Building — reroof or re -side residential
Building — windows (existing openings)
Mechanical (residential)
Plumbing (residential)
Water Heater
Section 2.
$50.00 per fireplace plus $8:58 state surcharge
$100.00 plus $838 state surcharge
$50.00 plus $848 state surcharge
$50.00 per piece plus $8-50 state surcharge
$50.00 (1-5 fixtures), $10.00 each additional; plus
$8:58 state surcharge
$15.00 plus $8758 state surcharge
This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina this 15th day of June, 2010.
