Home My Public Portal About132-1996 - APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1996 BUDGETORDINANCE NO. 132-1996 AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1996 BUDGET WHEREAS, Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted a budget calendar year 1996; and WHEREAS, year to date experience shows certain appropriations to be greater than the required 1996 expenses; and WHEREAS, it is desirable to remove the over funded portion from said accounts in the 1996 budget. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the 1996 budget be amended as follows: A. General Fund - Finance D artment 1.
