The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to advise you that the revised development
agreement and exhibits were submitted electronically by the Bal Harbour Shops at
approximately 6:30 p.m. on Friday, January 20, 2017. The development agreement has
been uploaded to the Village's website, alongside the project plans, and are now
accessible via the following link:
