AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 68 -267,
THE BUILDING CODE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
RELATING TO UNOCCUPIED BUILDINGS AND TO
BUILDING AND PROPERTY REHABILITATION
The City Council of the City of Temple City does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapters 98 and 99 of Ordinance No. 68 -267
entitled "Building Code," adopted July 16, 1 968, are amended by
adopting by reference, County of Los Angeles Ordinance No.
10,222 adopted March 2, 1971.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance and to
its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to be published
in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in the City of Temple City.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of June , 1971.
