The Brickman Group Semi -Monthly Collins Avenue Report for the Dates
of January 16, 2017 - January 31, 2017
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to transmit to you a scheduled semi-monthly
report which details the landscape services provided to Bal Harbour Village by The
Brickman Group.
This report provides information regarding the scheduled maintenance activities and any
additional services provided by Brickman such as, new plant installations and landscape
restoration work performed by the contractor beginning on Monday, January 16, 2017
through Tuesday, January 31, 2017.
Scheduled Maintenance Activities

During this period, Brickman provided turf mowing, hedge trimming, irrigation
inspections, tree pruning, weed control, pressure cleaning and daily litter/frond debris
removal as detailed with the report.
Additional Services
In terms of additional services provided, Brickman performed the following additional
work:
• Center Median of Collins Avenue 10200 Block: Installed Green Island Ficus and
Junipers.
• Founders' Circle: Removed existing Bromeliads at the base of the Coconut Palms
and replaced them with Neo Avalon Bromeliads. Removed damaged Zoysia and
Geraniums where the Holiday Tree was installed and prepped for sod install.

FOUNDERS CIRCLE 1/25,REMOVED EXISTING BROMELIADS AT THE BASE OF THE COCONUT TREES AND REPLACED WITH NEO AVALON BROMELIADS.
FOUNDERS CIRCLE 1/31 REMOVED DAMAGED ZOYSIA SOD AND GERANIUMS WHERE HOLIDAY TREE WAS INSTALLED, PREPPED FOR SOD INSTALL.
