Minutes of the Committee of the Whole Workshop of the President and the Board of Trustees
Held on May 11, 2015
In the Boardroom
Trustee Racich called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present were: Trustee Lamb, Trustee
O'Rourke, Trustee Peck, Trustee Racich, and Trustee Wojowski. Board absent: Mayor Collins and
Trustee Bonuchi. Others present: Brian Murphy, Administrator; and, Allen Persons, Public Works
Director.
Trustee Lamb moved to appoint Trustee Racich for this evening's meeting. Second by Trustee Peck.
Vote by roll call. Bonuchi, absent; Lamb, yes; O'Rourke, yes; Peck, yes; Racich, yes; Wojowski,
yes. 5 yes, 0 no, 1 absent. Motion carried.
Trustee Lamb moved to approve the Minutes of the Committee of the Whole Workshop held on April
27, 2015. Second by Trustee Peck. Vote by roll call. Bonuchi, absent; Lamb, yes; O'Rourke, yes;
Peck, yes; Racich, yes; Wojowski, yes. 5 yes, 0 no, 1 absent. Motion carried.

WORKSHOP MEETING
#1 EXECUTIVE SESSION
Trustee Wojowski moved to adjourn to Executive Session as permitted under the Open Meetings Act
under Section 2 (c)(6)to discuss the setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the
public body, not to reconvene. Second by Trustee Lamb. Vote by roll call. Bonuchi, absent; Lamb,
yes; O'Rourke, yes; Peck, yes; Racich, yes; Wojowski, yes. 5 yes, 0 no, 1 absent. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:02 p.m.
