Home My Public Portal About031-1995 - REZONING - 1611 CHESTER BOULEVARDORDINANCE NO. 31-1995 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AT 1611 CHESTER BOULEVARD WHEREAS the zoning map designates the property at 1611 Chester Boulevard as R-2p One Family Residence District, and WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to R-3 One �o Eight Family Residence Special Use District to accommodate the installation of an administrative business office not dependent upon over-the-counter sales for the operation of its business, NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation at 1611 Chester Boulevard, being Auditor's Map No. 46-28-130- 416.000-29, Richmond, Indiana, be and is hereby changed to R-3 One to Eight Family Residence Special Use District to accommodate the installation of an administrative business office pursuant to Richmond Code 154.22.01.02. The site plan is attached as Exhibit A.
