AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 68 -267
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY- RELATING TO FEES
The City Council of the City of Temple City does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 68 -267 entitled "Building Code,"
adopted July 16, 1968, is hereby amended by adopting by reference
except as hereinafter provided, by amending Table 3-B and
Section 303(e) as set forth in the County of Los Angeles Ordinance
No. 10,204, adopted February 9, 1971. .
SECTION 2. Said Los Angeles County Building Code is
amended by rewriting Table 3 -A to read as follows:

SECTION 13. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance and to
its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to be published
in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in the City of Temple City.
